The Spare Room is a fully self-service meeting / event space with a variety of configurations to meet your needs. We have simple hourly / daily pricing with zero additional fees. Unlike a hotel meeting room there are no catering requirements and you can bring your own food or have it catered by any local business you like. 

Here is how the process works: 

Step 1: Look through the information below and do a virtual tour of the space with our photos/videos. 

Step 2: Book your event here on our website. 

Step 3: We’ll email you a code that you’ll use to unlock the door the day of your event. You can get in 30 minutes prior to your event start time. We’ll have a written guide inside the space that shows you how to work the A/V equipment as well as any other details you’ll need. 

Step 4: Return the space to it’s original condition and lock up behind you. You’ll have 30 minutes after your event is over to clean up.
